What To Demand In An All Natural Skin Care Line

I don't know a thing about you, but I'll bet that when you buy a lotion or cream that says "natural" on the label, you expect to get natural skin care ingredients. Well, you don't always get what you expect. There is an all natural skin care line that provides exceptional value, the highest purity and excellent results, but that's unusual.

When you buy anything, you need to be an informed consumer. When you are buying cosmetics, you have to be especially careful, if you want to protect your appearance, your skin's health and the long-term health of your body.

News reporters frequently inform us of the dangers that exist in our personal care products. Just recently, they reported that many anti-aging creams contain estradiol, a kind of estrogen. Exposure to this substance increases a woman's risk of certain kinds of breast and uterine cancer. Other reports have been about lead contamination and other health risks.

So, we think that we can protect ourselves by shopping for natural skin care ingredients. But, then we learn that, in the US at least, there is no legal definition for the term "natural" when it is used by cosmetic companies. So, when a company claims to provide an all natural skin care line, it might mean something or it might not.

In a truly all natural skin care line, there should be no artificial preservatives, fragrances, colors or additives. The raw natural skin care ingredients, which are usually derived from plants, should be tested for contaminants like lead, bug spray and weed killer. Each batch, should be tested, as well, because 1, 4 Dioxane, another carcinogen, can form during the manufacturing process.

The FDA recommends that the consumer read the ingredient's label, but that tells us nothing about the manufacturing processes that the company uses or if they test for purity. You first need to find a company that you can trust to actually provide an all natural skin care line. I have found one that I trust.

They use the highest quality and the most effective natural skin care ingredients. The creams, lotions, gels and masks that they provide are clinically proven effective for moisturizing, firming and wrinkle reduction. The masks that they offer have deep cleansing and deep moisturizing abilities.

Because they reduce inflammation, they are beneficial for treating rosacea and redness caused by irritation, overexposure to the sun, wind or other environmental factors. Because they include antioxidants like vitamin E and coenzyme Q10, they prevent free radical damage, which helps to delay the signs of aging.

Some of the extracts that the products contain include wakame kelp, avocado oil and Shea butter, as well as, macadamia oil, olive oil, grape seed, jojoba and manuka honey. By itself, active manuka honey is one of the best ingredients for any all natural skin care line, because of its antioxidant and antibacterial activity.

Those are just some of the best natural skin care ingredients. But, remember, you need to find a company that you really trust to put your skin's health, first.

Ageless Beauty – Skin Care At All Ages

Ageless beauty is not a fairytale concept. Rather it is an outcome of regular and persistent skincare throughout life. There is never a time when your skin doesn’t need nourishment and protection. It is also important to understand that your skin needs different care at different stages of life. Here is a easy to follow skin care strategy that will help

Post Adolescence
Age: 18-25
Passing adolescence does not mean you no longer need to worry about oily skin. Your oil glands still are active and in full swing,, unless of course you have dry skin. But generally the skin is soft and supple during this phase of life. This is because the skins regenerative abilities are working full time regnerating a smooth and rosy texture.

However, hormonal alterations can boost the oil production within skin cells and give further rise to acne and breakouts. As a natural consequence of excessive oil, the skin may have a shiny look.

Skin Care Regimen:
• Use a good quality mild cleanser to cleanse your face of excess oils and dirt particles. Make sure you remove all traces of make up before going to bed at night. Try Obagi Nu Derm Foaming Gel. It contains aloe vera and natural herbs in combination with other natural cleansers.. It removes dirt and excess oil without disturbing the natural moisture levels of the skin.

• Follow it up with a good toner. You can use Obagi Nu-Derm Toner which restores its normal pH balance.
• Moisturize your face with a light water based moisturizer to hydrate the skin. Try Neocutis Hyalis, a great hydrating serum.
• Exfoliate twice a week to scrape off dead skin cells and maintain a smooth skin.

Note: This is a good time to start using eye creams to soothe and nourish the fragile skin around the eyes! Try Obagi ELASTIderm Night Eye Cream. It has anti aging properties and improves the elasticity of the skin making it firmer. The best time to use eye creams are at night when the body naturally repairs itself.

Mid-Twenties
Age: 26-3
This is a time when your skin matures and excessive oil production slows down. But as the frequency of acne blemishes decrease, so too the levels of collagen and elastin fibers within your skin diminish. That means the natural regenerative properties of your skin starts to slow down.

Skin Care Regimen:
• Switch to a cleanser that has salicylic acid which helps prevent acne breakouts and scrapes off dead skin cells. Try iS Clinical Active Serum it prevents premature aging and also repairs damaged skin while boosting collagen production..
•Use a deep exfoliating treatment weekly.
•Use a day moisturizing cream like Obagi Day Lotion. It exfoliates the skin surface and accelerates skin cell turnover. It also hydrates the skin and promotes a flawless complexion.

Note: Apply sunscreen to your neck, chest and hands as well !
Age: 31 and beyond
The first signs of aging may begin to show. A few face lines, a little discoloration or a bit of dryness.

Skin Care Regimen:
• Shift your focus to anti aging skin care products. Try iS Clinical Youth Complex. It is a unique anti-wrinkle formulation that instantly reduces facial lines and wrinkles and improves overall quality of the skin by stimulating collagen and elastin production.
•Use a good moisturizing day cream to combat dryness. Try NeoCutis Bio-Restorative Skin Cream. It nourishes the skin and reduces wrinkles and fine lines utilizing PSP

How To Look Slimmer Instantly

by: Susan Lockhart

Did you know that the clothing styles you choose can have a major impact on your apparent weight? Choosing the right clothes for your body shape and makes all the difference. Here are 10 simple tricks you can use to look slimmer almost instantly!

You can lose approximately 3-5 lbs (1-2kgs) with each point listed below. Choose a maximum of 5 points per outfit:

1. Vertical Lines

A vertical design line that causes the eye to run uninterrupted up and down the body has an incredible power to make you appear slimmer and taller. Vertical stripes in particular are great at making you appear slimmer, but be careful with the stripes you choose. The wider the stripe and the further apart they are spaced, the less impact they have. Thin to medium stripes placed close together have the most impact.

2. Stand Up Straight

Simple good posture will always make you appear slimmer. Standing correctly makes your clothes hang properly and elongates the body. This can take practice but it is a great habit to get into, both for your appearance and your health.

3. Underwear

Wearing great foundation garments will help to keep everything firm and in place. Just wearing the correct size and style of bra for your body can do wonders, so get professionally fitted at least once a year or more often if you are losing or gaining weight, pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, wearing a light, loose camisole under your clothes can help to hide stomach rolls.

4. Colour

Wearing dark colours over a figure challenge can help to visually reduce your size. It doesn't have to be black; charcoal, navy and chocolate all work well too. Just make sure the colour that is framing your face comes from your best colour palette. There is no point looking slimmer if you also look washed out and tired.

If you are short, wearing dark colours on the lower half of your body can give the appearance of extra height. Keeping colour contrast to a minimum also helps, so if you wear skirts, choose hosiery that gently blends in colour with your shoes and hemline.

5. Fabric

As a general rule you want to avoid wearing bulky, textured fabrics over your largest area. Instead, choose fine to medium textured fabrics that drape and skim over your body, rather than cling. Also remember to choose matte (non-shiny) fabrics. Shiny fabrics like satin catch the light and will show up every lump and bump.

6. Shape

Lots of women go for very loose clothing with the hope of hiding extra weight. This can have the opposite affect and make you appear larger than you actually are. Instead choose clothes with some shape and make the most of your figure.

7. Accessories

Wearing an accessory high on your body can be a great way to attract attention away from a figure challenge. A scarf, brooch or great earrings can act as a focal point, drawing the eye up to your face. Always choose medium sized accessories - anything chunky can add weight and anything too fine will disappear.

8. Prints & Patterns

If you are overweight chances are you avoid prints and patterns, however you can wear them successfully. Always choose prints with a dark rather than light background. You should also choose prints where the repeat is not obvious and there is very little or no background colour showing. This will confuse the eye and visually reduce weight.

9. Shoes

The chunkier the shoe and more rounded the toe, the heavier you will appear. The best shoes for reducing apparent weight have a thin sole, medium to high heel and reasonably pointed toe. Stay away from mules and ankle straps, instead go for shoes that show more of your foot, creating a long line and visually elongating your legs.

10. Simplicity

Above all, keep your total appearance simple and elegant.

A personal image consultation will show you exactly which colours and styles of clothes are right for you, but these simple tricks will help to you look slimmer, instantly!

A Guide To Selecting The Best Natural Skin Care Cream Products

Don’t go shopping for the best natural skin care cream, without doing a little research. The best skin creams are effective and completely safe, free of allergens, toxins and irritants. But, you cannot rely on the advertising or the labeling to protect your skin’s health.

You see, phrases like “dermatologist approved” and “hypoallergenic” are not regulated. Any company can use them, regardless of what the products contain. Whether you are prone to allergic reactions or not, you will be happier with the results if you use something that is free of artificial preservatives, added fragrances and other irritating ingredients.

Even naturally occurring fragrances can be irritating, especially when they are concentrated. That’s why the best natural skin care cream does not contain added fragrances. It has a light, pleasant scent due to the botanical extracts that it contains, but nothing is added, simply to enhance the fragrance. It is simply unnecessary.

Artificial preservatives are among the most common causes of allergic and adverse reactions. Some of them can cause a de-pigmenting affect that not only spoils your appearance, but increases your sensitivity to UV rays from the sun. The best skin creams contain naturally occurring sources of vitamin E (not the synthetic kind, which is derived from byproducts of the petroleum industry), because the vitamin preserves the oils and other ingredients in the cream, while providing antioxidant benefits to the skin’s cells.

Actually, the best skin creams contain an assortment of naturally occurring antioxidants, which are free radical scavengers. It is now believed that free radicals are the root causes of wrinkles and other signs of aging. If you read that the sun is the primary cause, you are reading older information.

UV rays from the sun DO increase the production of free radicals, which reduces the number of antioxidants in the cells, and damages collagen, as well as DNA strands. But, if you use common sense in the sunlight and be sure to use the best natural skin care cream, which is antioxidant rich, then you can prevent the damage that UV radiation can cause.

One of the best skin creams contains an ingredient known as HEQ10. It is a proprietary formulation of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E. The nano-emulsion penetrates deeply, replacing lost COQ10, preventing additional damage and repairing damage that has already been done. Researchers have shown that COQ10 levels are quickly depleted when the skin’s cells are exposed to UV rays from the sun.

The best natural skin care cream does NOT contain sun-screening compounds. There is quite a bit of controversy surrounding the daily use of sunscreens. First, of all, it can lead to vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiencies are partially responsible for osteoporosis (an age-related condition that causes brittle bones), as well as many other chronic health problems.

So, the best skin creams do not inhibit your body’s ability to get the vitamin D that it needs. It may take a little time to find the best natural skin care cream, but it is well worth the effort to have genuinely healthy, great feeling skin.

Go Natural For The Sake Of Your Skin

You need to be caring for your skin the best way possible and this means that you should be adopting a natural approach when it comes to caring for your skin. In order to do this you need to be able to find skin products that have been derived from natural sources and are free from any form of chemicals or artificial preservatives.

Everyone is looking to have skin that is, radiant and glows with health, and in order to have this you need to be caring for your skin in the correct manner. There are many sources where you can obtain a range of natural products for your skin but the trick is to be able to find products that are suitable for you.

Caring for your skin is not just about the products that you are applying to your skin but there is an impact depending on the types of foods that you are eating. For instance if you are eating a lot of fatty foods this will make you gain weight as well as leading to a build up of toxins within the body, which will ultimately cause blemishes as well as making the skin appear to be quite dull. You need to be watching your diet as close as possible and to make sure that you are eating the right foods that are going to help benefit your body and ultimately your skin.

Finding good natural skin care products is not as simple as it sounds as there are many companies that use the word natural on their packaging in a very misleading way. What you need to be aware of is that only a very small percentage may be obtained from an actual natural source, whereas the remainder of the product may consist of cheap fillers such as that of SLS or alcohol, depending on what the product actually is.

Take the time when it comes to selecting skin care products for yourself, because if you do not select the right products and they contain ingredients that are of no benefit to the skin, then this can lead to additional complications.

There are of course options to make your own skin care products, and whilst this may take some time, you will simply need to source the ingredients and to prepare the require formulations. As mentioned it can be time consuming and there is no indication that what you make will be more cost effective, but the main advantage that you will have is that what you are applying to your skin is from any harsh ingredients.

It is not always possible to find good skin care products in the high street and your best decision would be to avoid these products as these can often be very bad for your skin. What you will have to do is to find either a specialist retailer or to go online and to research the various online retailers that spend more time in developing products as opposed to advertising and marketing them.

Do It Yourself Facial Is Just A Kitchen Away!

by: Debi Javier

You don't need to go to a salon to get a first- rate beauty treatment, you can whip up everything you need in your very own kitchen. Here’s what to do: (from Ann Leisure)

1. Wash your face with olive oil by pouring a few drops on a cotton ball and gently wiping your face.

2. Fill your largest cooking pot with water and bring to a boil. Add 3 chamomile tea bags and 3 peppermint tea bags. Remove the pot from the stove and find a comfy spot-- you'll need to be able to lean over the pot for at least 10 minutes.

Grab a bath towel and drape it over your head and the pot, forming a tent. Don't get too close to the water, because you don't want to burn yourself.

The steam bath will open your pores and loosen all the dirt and yuckies hiding in them. The next few steps will scrub all of these away.

You might want to set a timer, just to make sure you have steamed a full ten minutes. Also, a shower cap will help keep your...

Staying in Shape Over 40 - What You Need to Know

by: Megan Hazel

Turning 40 can be a powerful and transient event even though many women believe that everything starts to change or even fall apart at 40. This doesn't have to be so! Women can stay strong and competitive, healthy and fit well over the age of 40. There may be some changes you need to make, but it is an important time for you to make these changes so that you can continue to stay in shape.

Some basic dietary changes can help you to supplement your workouts and keep you strong. Calcium, for example, has always been important in a woman's diet, but it is critical to start supplementing calcium now if you haven't already. Bone density begins to decline and if this gets really bad, it can lead to osteoporosis later in life. Ginseng is an herb that can help to give you energy when you start to feel fatigue, and some people swear it is what helps keep them young. Consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables is crucial to keeping yourself young. Not only is it very healthy for your body, it is quite beneficial for your skin as well. Natural foods, especially fruits and vegetables, are full of antioxidants, and these help keep free radicals from destroying that youthful appearance of your skin. Also good are salmon and other foods such as almonds, flax and fatty fish which provide a strong source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Again, this is good for your heart health but also for your radiant skin.

Staying in shape also means getting - or staying - physical, of course. You may discover aches and pains that you haven't noticed prior to turning 40. It's not because 40 is some magical age, but rather a useful timeline to gauge when women tend to start feeling less energetic, more rigid, or have tighter muscles than they used to. A fun and relaxing antidote to this is yoga. Yoga has been said to be the true fountain of youth! A good, long yoga session a few times a week or a simple practice of ten to twenty minutes daily can relax, tone and lengthen your muscles as well as your spirit. It also helps to de-stress your mind, which has been shown to have an effect on cortisol levels in the body. By reducing cortisol, you can help reduce the belly fat that may be more stubborn to remove these days. Any time of stress-relieving mechanism you use will help keep you young, but yoga is an especially good one.

If yoga isn't really your speed, pick something that is. Maybe you enjoy spinning, or a step class or kickboxing. Whatever it is, don't stop now just because you've reached that dreaded age. Keeping active now is just as important as it was when you were twenty, if not more so. If your aches and pains feel like they are preventing you from doing what you like to do best, it probably means you need to stretch more. Stretching can be a wonderful tool to keep you young and keep your muscles supple and strong. It can help prevent muscle tears and help you reach new levels of fitness by warming up the muscles and ligaments, but it can also just feel great after a nice, long bout of exercise. If you run or bike, be sure to stretch the calves and quadriceps muscles as well as the hamstrings. If you like to partake in a class at your gym and there is a lot of jumping involved, make sure to stretch the ankles as well. Simply adding ten or fifteen minutes of stretching to your daily routine can make you feel years younger if you are faithful about it.

Staying in shape doesn't just mean looking good or staying in good shape on the outside. Once you reach the age of forty, keeping up with regular doctor appointments becomes more important than it was in days past. Make sure to get a mammogram and screen for early detection of breast cancer. Make an appointment with your general practitioner for a complete physical. Consult with a dermatologist, and keep regular full-body skin checkups once or twice a year, which can help screen out skin cancer and suspicious moles that may crop up. If you used to see the eye doctor once every couple of years, cut that in half and see him once annually. Unfortunately, the eyes are quick to deteriorate as you age, and you will want to keep up with these check-ups for safety reasons, to be able to keep reading, and to check for signs of glaucoma and other age-related diseases.

Nobody said getting older was fun, but it does not have to be painful. The age-old adage that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure applies to the aging process very well, and if you take these measures you too can age gracefully.

TOO SMALL BUST

Look for decoration on the top where the bust is. The more "intricate"the top part is, the more proportioned you will look. Look for sweetheart, V-neck, or scoop necklines. There are some lightly padded bra suits, but be careful. You don't want to look like a 12-year-old who's stuffed their top.

TOO THICK WAIST

Look for vertical lines or shapes that angle up and down. Stay away from horizontal stripes. They cut you and your height in half, and will make you look thicker. Keep to solids or small prints.Need extra tummy taming? Some suits even come with special tummy panels that help hold you in.

What's The Deal With Organic Skin Care?

Organic skin care is the newest buzz phrase to enter the skin care lexicon. If you care about what you put into or onto your body you need to pay attention. Organic means derived from natural ingredients, not made in a laboratory and not genetically modified from other resources.

Organic skin care products should be held to the same standards as our food, but they are not. Be a savvy consumer. Ask questions before you purchase any substance to put on your body. If you want to avoid synthetic chemicals circulating in your blood look for products with high concentrations of the best active, natural ingredients that the earth can offer.

So, what are these wonderful, natural active ingredients? Well, they don’t have long, bizarre names with numbers and letters included for one thing. Read labels, look ingredients up. This is the age of the Internet.

Natural, organic skin care products will have ingredients with names you recognize: vitamins and minerals along with plant derived oils and waxes. Sea kelp is one example, there are infinite possibilities. Avoid paraben and other preservatives used to extend the shelf life of many name brand cosmeceuticals. Synthetic waxes are also a no-no. Scientific tests have shown that the human body stores many of these toxic chemicals. An organic skin care routine will eliminate this particular environmental hazard.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has created a safety report about hazardous materials in cosmetics and other products such as lotions, shampoos and the like. If you like to research and learn, this site allows you to search through brand name products and discover what poisons may be lurking in innocent sounding advertised products. A pure, preservative free skin care line, made by people who tell the truth about the contents, is what we all want and deserve. Look for organic skin care products with no laurel or lauryl sulfates that might cause allergic reactions. As a consumer, you are the decider.

If more consumers choose organic skin care over conventional chemical concoctions, we will all be safer as a result. Money talks. According to Packaged Facts: “Sales of beneficial beauty products exploded to reach $16 billion in 2007.” Support companies that promote long term skin health, not the use of extremely harmful chemical cocktails. You’ll radiate energy with firm, youthful skin. And the inner satisfaction of making an informed choice in spite of big bucks ad campaigns will increase your positive aura as well. Thoughtful consumers will choose organic skin
care products everytime.

Fantastic Method to Eliminate Cellulite!

by: Darren Brent

Contrary to popular myth that cellulite is irreversible, cellulite can be removed!

However, you need to have an effective treatment as cellulite is a build up of several years and is not an overnight accumulation. It is the improper distribution of fat which is joined to the connective tissues in the body. The connective tissues are those which help n the distribution of fat below the skin surface and sometimes due to accumulation of toxins in the body, uneven distribution takes place leading to cellulite or lumping. You need not be obese to have cellulite, as even models are known to suffer from it!

It has a drastic effect on your self esteem and especially in the summer months you feel embarrassed wearing short skirts and minis. However, it not restricted to women as equal number of men suffer from it. Cellulite accumulates usually on the buttocks, things and hips which makes it unsightly when you need to wear a swimsuit.

Accumulation of toxins is one of the biggest reasons for cellulite formation as built in toxins hinder proper blood circulation. You must be wondering as to what you eat to accumulate so many toxins- well, think about all the preservatives, alcohol consumption, smoking, colors and artificial flavors all contribute to some extent for the toxin built up in the body. Improper drinking of water becomes the last straw.

To completely flush out toxins, one must drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water which goes a long way to eliminate cellulite also as all of these are inter connected. Proper exercise and inclusion of fresh fruits and vegetable also helps. With research and study, many herbal creams and oils are now available which help in smoothening out the skin. The orange peel look is attributed to lumping up of fat cells under the thin layer of the skin. Effective remedies help in breaking the fat cells accumulations while walking, leg squats, leg exercises also help in proper blood circulation. A rejuvenating massage is also a good idea to reduce the cellulite lumps as massage helps to increase blood circulation and breaks muscle, fat lumps in the body.

There are many anti-cellulite creams, essential oils and lotions available which are known to be effective in curing cellulite completely. However, left alone cellulite creams will not be effective unless you exercise and increase blood circulation in the body but it can definitely go away, is a fact.

The Facts About Skin Care Products

What comes in your mind when you hear anti-aging skin care products? Well your answer may vary but the truth about anti-aging skin care products is pretty impressive; the great recognition that anti-aging skin care products have acquired led to the idea that everybody seems to desire to stay young for all eternity (of course minus the exaggeration).

There is no question that vitamin C has earned its popularity as an anti-aging skin care product over other products that inhibit the natural process of growing old. Vitamin C and other anti-aging products actually allow the synthesis of collagen that is a crucial element in skin aging. The anti-oxidants are the best association we can get when it comes to anti-aging skin care products. Since vitamin C is oxidized quickly (the common notion for vitamin C) it is considered to be risky. To avoid such risk and unwanted consequences, the derivates of vitamin C are being supplied as anti-aging skin care products since they are inexpensive and constant.

Other important anti-oxidants apart from Vitamin C are vitamin E and liponic acid. Vitamin E can be described as an infection-resistant antioxidant which is also fat-soluble. This vitamin E can actually restrain cancer as well. On the other hand, Liponic acid is very good in fighting the symptoms of aging by transposing the damage from the inside to the skin due to ageing process.

Another nomenclature of anti-aging skin care products are what we call phytochemicals. The chemicals derived from plants however are called Fytochemische or the special chemicals. A few of phytochemicals are being used in the anti-aging process. The presence of phythochemicals can absolutely hinder the occurrence or spread of prostate cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, and other kind of cancer. Hence, phytochemicals seem to know how to stop the spread of cancer cells in the body after all.

Several anti-aging skin care products also include B-vitamins called B5, B6, and B12.

The truth about anti-aging skin care products is that, these products are still being studied by experts. It is already a fact that these products can serve they purpose however, there is still a room for more improvements. As soon as these products are improved, then we are lucky enough to have powerful anti-aging skin care products.

Another significant thing to know is that, the use of anti-aging product is only complemented by the natural way of the skin and body in its entirety. Therefore, good and healthy habits like sleeping on time, exercising, eating a healthy diet, staying away form stress are just the core pointers to remember to achieve a youthful skin. These practical means in achieving anti-aging skin care is just far better than any other tips.

Finding An Aging Skin Treatment During Menopause - Don't Miss These Options

If you're going through menopause you might be desperate to find an aging skin treatment. It doesn't matter if you were happy with your skin up until the time you reached menopause; the changes in your body can decrease its moisture and elasticity. Finding the right products to help can work wonders for your skin.

What Does Aging Skin Need?

Those who are in the menopause and perimenopausal stages tend to have increased problems with their skin. Aging skin generally brings along a decline in elasticity and thickness, but menopause makes these problems even more severe. In addition, the level of collagen your skin is producing might have rapidly decreased. Oil glands also start to produce less and less oil, leaving you with terribly dry skin.

It might seem impossible to find a treatment that can correct all of this, especially since the culprit is aging and menopause. It's certainly not like you can just turn back time and develop younger skin again. Even though you're currently going through a lot of changes all around your body and especially in your skin does not mean you need to give up all hope. There are treatments out there that can work wonderfully for you.

Is Hormone Replacement Therapy The Answer?

One treatment you can choose involves hormone replacement therapy. This is something you and your doctor will need to speak about, but it can drastically improve the look of your skin. Hormone replacement therapy has been found to be effective in increasing skin elasticity and also its thickness. It's estrogen that is so helpful to your skin, and that is something that those going through menopause need the most.

Unfortunately, there are also risks that come along with hormone replacement therapy. Even though it can help your skin and decrease other symptoms associated with menopause, it doesn't come without its downsides. If you're considering this therapy you should speak with your doctor to determine what the best option for you is.

What About Wrinkle Creams?

Another option for an aging skin treatment is using progesterone creams. These are applied topically, and many report having good results with them. Progesterone cream is not, however, regulated by the FDA so you should take a lot of care in investigating its usage for your skin.

A safer option might be to use one of the over the counter or prescription treatments that are generally recommended for those with aging skin. Retinoids, such as Retin-A, have a proven track record of success and can really help decrease the look of wrinkles in your skin.

You should also consider using products that contain a lot of antioxidants. These are excellent ways to make your skin healthier and younger looking. If you are developing dark spots on your face you might think about using a lightening agent. Products that contain hydroquinone are great for this.

As always, you need to make sure you are using plenty of sunscreen when you go outside. Nature certainly takes its course during menopause and you should do all that you can to prevent the problem from getting worse.

Finding the right aging skin treatment for you during menopause can sound like an impossible task, but there are many great options out there for you.

Cosmetic Dentistry Options For Fixing Teeth Gaps

If you have a gap in your teeth, you need not worry. These can be fixed by means of cosmetic dentistry. At this day and age, one cannot help but be amazed at what dentists can do. Armed with the right tools, these professionals can replace damaged tooth, whiten stained teeth, and eliminate nasty teeth gaps to name a few. One can only imagine the overall magic they can do with a person’s smile. But for this article, we will focus on the options on how to correct those unsightly spaces in between one’s teeth.

Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are customized porcelain facings that are glued over the front of one’s teeth. These are usually used to address dental issues regarding discolored and misshapen teeth as well as correction of uneven spaces. And unlike crowns, veneers generally do not require removal or extraction of the tooth itself.

For this particular cosmetic dentistry procedure, both the costs and materials vary. Typically, fees for porcelain veneers start at $900 and can reach up to $2000 for each tooth. But if your budget is restricted, you may opt for plastic or composite veneers. The plastic kind may not be as durable as porcelain but it sure is not going to burn a hole in your pocket---range is approximately $150 per tooth. For a plastic veneer that can last from 5 to 7 seven years, $150 a tooth is not that bad a deal.
Bonding

Have you seen a s sculptor’s clay? Well, that is a good comparison for this cosmetic dentistry procedure. With the use of a dental composite resin (plastic), your dentist will be able to fill in gaps and fix broken or chipped tooth. Any inherent, minor flaw can be addressed employing such method. This is due to the reason that the resin filling will be placed all over one’s teeth: front and back.

So, whether your teeth are stained, crooked, decayed, or even if it shows gaps in between, this is an ideal option. Bonding is typically finished utilizing a specialized beam that hardens the resin. Then it will be polished to match the hue of the surrounding tooth enamel. As for the cost, it ranges from $100 to $600 for each tooth. Life expectancy for bonding is seven to eleven years.
Braces

This cosmetic dentistry will literally pull your teeth together, straighten them and pack them snuggly together. Remember the wires?

If you do not like the traditional braces, why not try the so-called invisible braces. Well, they are not really invisible, but they are clear and less noticeable. These braces are actually removable plastic trays, devoid of any wire or bracket.

Another is the ceramic braces or those tooth-colored braces. One more option is the lingual braces. In here, the metals are usually positioned behind one’s teeth. Not only are lingual braces expensive, but they sometimes interfere with one’s speaking.

As for the cost, this begins at around $5000. But before slamming the door at this cosmetic dentistry option, most orthodontists offer payment plans that will alleviate the burden of settling the entire amount all at once.

Filling the Void

Whatever alternative you choose, bear in mind that the size of the gap must be considered. Remember, bonding may not be appropriate if you have a huge void in between your teeth. With that said, it is of utmost importance that consultation be made with your cosmetic dentist before choosing any procedure or method.

Learn The Wisdom Of Seeking A Dry Skin Therapy

A person with dry skin no longer needs to see a dermatologist, when searching for a dry skin therapy. Anybody bothered by dryness has reason to try the sort of dry skin remedies that has been made available at various alternative medicine facilities. This is the process known as micordermabrasion.

The willingness of the public to seek out and patronize facilities that offer microdermabrasion highlights the public interest in skin dryness. Dr. Claude Burton, a dermatologist at Duke University School of Medicine praises the growing public interest in finding an answer. Dr. Burton appreciates the fact that the skin serves as the body's chief defense against infection.

When dry skin begins to crack, bacteria can find an easy way to enter the body. Once bacteria get into the body, and into the bloodstream, all sorts of serious problems can develop.

The protective function of skin underlines the reason why people should care about the available treatments for dry skin. Of course, that is only one reason why a wise and thinking person might decide to do something about dry and itchy skin.

Dry skin on the face can detract from the attractive features on that face. It can cause a person to scratch and scratch. The desire to carry-out a prolonged episode of itching can seem to diminish anybody's sanity. Moreover, one can get more done, when one spends less time itching and scratching.

Thanks to the rough surface on aluminum oxide crystals, those crystals have provided dry skin sufferers with a new dry skin therapy. Health professionals have learned how to put aluminum oxide crystals in a microdermabrasion machine. Those crystals have made microdermabrasion one of the accepted dry skin remedies.

Of course, not everyone with dry skin wants to pay for a microdermabrasion. Some patients that want dry skin therapy have chosen to purchase a product that can stimulate production of collagen. Collagen is a protein that is found in all healthy skin.

Because it has fiber-like properties, the presence of collagen in the skin provides it with added strength. Collagen makes the skin feel firm. Skin that is firm and strong does not crack and flake, like dry skin does.

Yet the reader of this article should not plan to run out and only buy a product that contains collagen. Good dry skin remedies require use of a product that can stimulate the production of collagen. Once skin has the nutrients that it needs, then the proper stimulus leads to an increased production of collagen within the skin.

The skin cells that need an adequate supply of nutrients are those cells beneath the surface of the skin. Microdermabrasion increases the flow of blood to those deep cells. That blood contains important nutrients. That blood aids the development of new skin, skin that can replace any dry and flaking outer skin.

The instruments used during the microdermabrasion process do not touch the surface of the skin. Still the crystals in those instruments do touch it. Those crystals should be clean and sterile, if the professional who is performing the microdermabrasion hopes to avoid causing an infection on his or her client's skin.

An infected skin is far worse than dry skin.

Discover Post Summer Interest In Herbal Skin Care

Ever wonder as this summer's sun bathers put their swimsuits away for the winter, they often take a second look at their exceedingly dry skin? Exposure to high temperatures, sunlight and salty ocean spray can accelerate the rate at which skin looses some of its natural moisture. That dry skin then calls attention to problems that would seem to benefit from herbal treatment for the skin.

Of course, ardent beachgoers are not the only group of people who have had reason to consider the possible benefits of herbal skin care. Office workers, who get hit with the gusts from an air conditioner, might also take a second look at herbal treatment for the skin. Home dwellers, who enjoy the luxury of a backyard pool, often find that the end of summer, a summer spent in chorine-treated waters, leads to reflection about the hypothetical benefits of herbal skin care.

Is the online information about herbal skin remedies more than a hypothesis? Let's look at what some skin experts have to say about an effective treatment for dry skin. Karen Asquith has shared with Internet viewers some of the advice that she has given to users of the G.M. Collin skin care products in Paris.

Ms. Asquith has underlined the degree to which an imbalance within the skin can cause the skin to become drier. As one group of chemicals in the skin makes-up an ever larger percentage of the skin's biochemical components, the skin begins to look and feel rough and inflamed. Ms Asquith has not recommended that use of herbal products by those who suffer from such dry skin.

In fact, Ms. Asquith would seem to support the claims of another skin care expert, one who writes for WebMD. That expert has indicated that harsh skin treatment could damage the skin, and would thus fail to facilitate a healing of the skin. That expert has warned against the use of certain body scrubs, in addition to a group of herbal rubs.

Herbal rubs are often incorporated into a plan for herbal skin care. It thus appears that knowledgeable skin care experts have cautioned the public against reliance on the typical herbal treatment for the skin. What skin care products should be of benefit to someone who suffers from dry skin?

Think how skin appears when it becomes dry and flaky. Does it appear strong and firm? No, it does not. An effective treatment for dry skin is one that can help skin to become strong and firm. An effective treatment stimulates the skin to produce a generous amount of collagen.

What is collagen? Collagen is a protein. The long chains of amino acids in the collagen protein cause it to have a fiber-like nature. Like a tight rope, skin containing an adequate amount of collagen feels strong and firm.

About twelve years ago, one technician had dry, chapped hands. She was searching in the drug store for an effective skin care product. She chose one that promised to stimulate the production of collagen. As a technician in a biomedical lab, that woman understood the degree to which increased production of collagen could aid cell growth.

She knew that the production of collagen should leave her skin feeling strong and firm. She trusted such a product to do away with any of problems associated with over-dry skin.

She chose not to purchase any of the herbal products on the shelf. She knew that she fed her cultured cells collagen, and it was not any type of herbal skin care over the counter.

How To Acquire Flawless & Healty Skin

There are some very fortunate people who have no complaints when it comes to the appearance of their skin as it is flawless and there are no blemishes in sight at all. For someone to have what is known as perfect skin is actually very rare but even as you talk a walk in the high street you may notice a person that is walking confidently as they know they have an impeccable complexion.

On the other hand you will also find people, and a great many, who are having to deal with some kind of skin ailment whether this be eczema, dry skin, oily skin, skin that is ageing and also skin that is suffering from a breakout out of spots or acne.

As well as these conditions there are also people that are suffering from sensitive skin and they find it very difficult to use products as most of them are chemical based and contain artificial perfumes which can make using the products difficult due to the reaction that is made.

Because there is a growing number of people that are suffering from sensitive skin there are many companies that are now catering for this increased demand in order to help provide relief for this particular skin type. But you still need to exercise a level of caution as not all products are what they seem and this also applies to the many claims that are also made by the companies.

However there is no actual way you can determine if product is not going to cause you any kind of irritation until you actually try the products. The best thing that you can do is to obtain a tester and to do a spot test. Apply a small amount to the skin and leave for a day and if there are no reactions then the product should be more than suitable to continue to use.

But before you can go about spending any money on products that are designed for sensitive skin you need to determine what your skin type is and what the actual needs are. There is no point buying dry skin products if you are suffering from oily skin or acne for instance.

You also need to be aware of the fact that some make up products can also harm the skin and there are some chemicals that are used that can cause blockage to the skin. If using make up you need to be using water based products, but if you are suffering from any ailments then make up should be avoided.

The best thing that you can do for sensitive skin is to be using products that are certified organic as there will be less likelihood of the products containing no perfumes or other artificial scents. Many people judge products on there smell and this is one of the worst methods in making a buying decision. And also make sure that you are buying products that are free from oils as these can contribute to the pores can be blocked and this can cause a flare up of acne.

Finding A Breast Augmentation Surgeon

As if choosing to undergo a breast augmentation procedure weren’t enough of a difficult decision, finding a qualified plastic surgeon can also prove to be a challenging task. Fortunately, with the right tools and a sufficient allocation of time, anyone can find a competent plastic surgeon to perform their breast augmentation procedure. This guide will walk prospective patients through the process of weeding out qualified local surgeons from the other, less competent ones.

In the past, people have relied quite heavily on more traditional forms of research when seeking to utilize some form of service, whether it was carpet cleaning or car repair. This was also the case with plastic surgeons. People would simply open a phone book or business directory, skim through the listings, and find an ad which attracted their attention. They’d give the establishment a quick ring, and make a decision whether they wanted to utilize its services or not. As one might guess, this type of research was flawed beyond belief and had the potential to cause more problems than it fixed. Finding a plastic surgeon using these outdated and inefficient methods is wasteful and downright foolish.

Your first choice for tracking down a surgeon for your breast augmentation procedure is finding someone who’s already undergone the surgery. Talk to some friends and family and see if they know anyone who’s recently received implants. When you compile a list of a few people, call them and try to find out where they went for their procedure and whether or not they were happy with the end outcome. Sure, this could take a while, but you couldn’t get a better recommendation than from someone who’s actually utilized the particular surgeon’s services. Once you have the names of some recommended surgeons, conduct some additional research on them. You can do so by searching the internet for reviews, something we’ll be describing below.

If you’re having trouble finding someone who’s had a breast augmentation procedure or aren’t getting any good recommendations, the internet could prove extremely helpful. Go to one of your favorite search engines and search “plastic surgeon reviews.” You should be greeted with a listing of sites all offering reviews on surgeons throughout the Untied States. Type in some of the name’s of local surgeons and read any of the reviews available on the site. Go through as many of the review sites as possible, completing the same process. This will give you a better picture of the surgeon’s expertise. When you’ve found one who seems to fit your needs, go ahead and call their office to see where you can go from there.

Finding a qualified plastic surgeon who performs breast augmentation procedures doesn’t have to be as difficult as some make it out to be. As shown above, a few phone calls and a bit of internet research can uncover a multitude of qualified surgeons within your area. Good luck in your research and your quest to receive a breast augmentation procedure!

The Subjective Role Of Sexy Lingerie

by: Jason Mark Hulott

There are three kinds of lingerie in the world. There is that used strictly to bring on the act of sex. Fishnet stockings with a sheer camisole set, for example. Or a g-string and a half-cup bra. Then there are lingerie pieces that serve to enhance or control the body's natural beauty. Corsets, garters, and bustiers are examples. Finally, there is the sexy lingerie. This is lingerie used in the art of romance. Silk negligees and lacy panties, for instance.

Marketing of sexy lingerie is aimed toward the everyday woman, the working mom or career lady who has to spend every day in a man's world. The lingerie these women want to wear on the weekend doesn't include granny panties and a T-shirt. It isn't a trampy, uncomfortable outfit either. They want lingerie that is tasteful and classy enough to wear on a regular basis. And comfortable. If they can't enjoy wearing lingerie, they don't want it at all. Men buying lingerie for their ladies need to realize this.

It is important to say here that sexy is a subjective term. It depends really on the psychology of those involved. What one man thinks is sexy might be utterly atrocious and distasteful to another. Take sheer lingerie. One man would find the idea of seeing his lady's body through the lingerie very sexy and stimulating. Another man would think it too revealing and unimaginative. In order to determine where they stand on the matter, men could answer the following questions:

1. Do you get aroused seeing fully-clothed women?
2. Would you go or have you ever gone to a striptease?
3. When you and your lady get time alone, what do you do first?

This strange set of questions can tell men a lot about what they think is sexy. It will also reveal to them some of their attitudes about the act. Men who climax early during intercourse shouldn't buy trampy, skimpy lingerie. A sexual encounter shouldn't be over in five minutes. Men who find themselves aroused in the presence of fully-clothed women usually have a good imagination. A simple body-suit for their women can prove provocative to them. Men who frequent the striptease or the nearby go-go club might need more. These shows desensitize. The sexy or romantic style of lingerie just won't cut it. These men need to see skin. A thong or backless panties might help some men along. Finally, the last question. On the weekend, after the work week is done, men and women reunite in a more relaxed atmosphere. They have a chance to remedy what might be days of sexual frustration. Men who want sex first won't need alluring lingerie. A simple bra and panty set will suffice. Men who expect to spend a romantic evening with their ladies before commencing with sex should go for the silk chemise or camisole set.

So, what does sexy lingerie do for a relationship? Depending on what men feel is sexy, it can either lead to or instigate the act of making love. In the lingerie world, sexy style lingerie points to that which is alluring and attractive, without becoming pornographic. It is the comfortable silk or satin nightgown. It covers enough of the body to leave things to the imagination. But since sexy is a subjective term, it has come to include all types of lingerie, whether they reveal nothing or everything.

Breast Augmentation Surgery Overview

It is estimated that some 10,000 women have breast augmentation every year. With new techniques and materials being used, this particular type of surgery has become increasingly popular and safe. Some women will undergo cosmetic surgery of this kind to increase the size of the breast and/or change the shape while other women need corrective surgery for issues such as uneven breasts, after effects of breast cancer, drooping breasts after having children, etc.

For women who are born with smaller breasts, they often feel unbalanced, wanting their body to be more in proportion. With augmentation, the plastic surgeon can work closely with the patient in determining the right size for her body type, as well as lifestyle and personal preference. When performed by a board-certified cosmetic surgeon, patients are usually thrilled with the outcome.
Breast augmentation is also commonly chosen after having children or after the age 40 when the breasts naturally begin to sag. In this case, surgeons can add breast implants that help to restore the woman’s original size or change it as needed. Many times, women will also choose an elective surgery known as the breast lift in which the breasts are also lifted, creating a firm, beautiful appearance.

For breast augmentation, there are two standard implant types: a silicone shell that is filled with saline or salt water, or a silicone shell filled with silicone gel. In the case of the saline implants, there are no limitations by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However, doctors performing augmentation with a silicone gel implant have to secure permission from the FDA prior.

With a successful surgery, women who go through breast augmentation find they feel more confident, look better in their clothing, and overall have a much better opinion of self. Any woman considering cosmetic surgery of this type needs to take time to research all the pros and cons to gain a realistic understanding of the expected outcome.

Skin Care Moisturizer Cream Can Keep Your Skin Smooth and Supple

by: Sylvie Bordeaux

They say beauty is only skin deep, but only a woman knows just how true that is. You can be the prettiest thing in the room, but wrinkled, sun damaged skin can certainly bring your appearance down several notches. Skin care moisturizer cream is just the thing you need to help prevent new wrinkles, reduce the appearance of the wrinkles you have, and help heal sun damaged skin. Whether you struggle with dry skin, combination skin, oily skin, acne, or some other type of skin condition, there is a moisturizer that is made just for you. The only challenge is finding the right moisturizer for you and knowing what to look for. It’s all about getting the details right -- what types of moisturizer are best for you and how often to apply them. Luckily for you, we’ve got the scoop on the best moisturizers for your needs.

Water Based Moisturizers are a No-No

When purchasing moisturizer cream, many women simply do not stop and look at the ingredients. Often women are attracted to a pretty box or a pretty jar with a fancy sounding name without realizing that many of the moisturizers out there contain up to 40% water. Other women make the mistake of going with a water based moisturizer, thinking that water is the most natural moisturizer in the world and that it should do wonders for their skin. Strangely enough, that is not the case. Different all natural ingredients, like Aloe Vera, are better suited for a moisturizer for the face, especially for those looking for anti aging or anti wrinkle benefits. It may not seem like it but water based moisturizers are a recipe for disaster when it comes to dry skin. They dry out your skin even more as opposed to adding much needed moisture.

Consider the Benefits of Natural Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera based creams are different and for those who have only used water based products or for those looking for a change in their present moisturizing routine, this is the best and only alternative. A few of the skin care moisturizer cream products even contain essential fatty acids and other ingredients that actually imitate the natural actions and compositions of your skin. These special ingredients work wonders against drying and breakouts, and makes it easier for the ingredients to be absorbed into the skin. Aloe Vera itself is 100 percent natural, coming straight from the plant of the same name and is known for its healing benefits to damaged skin.

How Often is Too Often?

Depending on your skin and its makeup, you never know how much to moisturize until you figure out what is best for you. If you have normal skin, moisturizing once a day should be sufficient, but if you have dry skin or skin with a condition you may want to consider moisturizing twice daily -- once during the morning hours and once before bed.

Be sure to follow the directions that are specified on the back of moisturizer box or jar for best results and remember that not all moisturizers are created equal. Some of them have specific instructions and are designed to treat different skin conditions so be sure to read the label carefully. Some moisturizers have natural oils, vitamins, lipids, and other ingredients that are designed to smooth and beautify your skin. Be warned that chemicals have been added to other moisturizer creams and these should be strictly avoided.

How do you know which is the best skin care moisturizer cream for you? In all reality, there is no “one size fits all.” Everyone has a different type of skin and unfortunately there is a bit of trial and error that you must go through. You have to find out the hard way sometimes but often you can take shortcuts by getting recommendations from other women with skin similar to yours. Remember though that just because a particular product works for someone else does not necessarily mean that it will work for you. One thing you can be sure of though is that it is pretty hard to go wrong with an aloe vera based moisturizer. Aloe Vera can heal damaged skin, moisturize, and even provide some anti aging benefits as well. Plus it doesn’t dry out the skin like water based moisturizers do...and it should go without saying that dry skin is much more prone to wrinkles than hydrated, moisturized skin.

The benefits of Aloe Vera are endless and no matter what type of skin you have, you should be able to enjoy the benefits of this all natural ingredient that was discovered more than 3,500 years ago and that is still being used today. An Aloe Vera based moisturizer can help give you healthier, more beautiful skin no matter what kind of skin you have and no matter how much sun damage you have.

Be sure to read the label before buying any moisturizer cream and always, always, always demand an Aloe Vera based moisturizer.

Do you hate fine lines?

Do you hate wrinkles?

Do you hate sun spots?

Do you have old acne scars to get rid of?

Do you want to feel beautiful again?

An Aloe Vera based moisturizer cream just may be the way to go and due to its healing properties, Aloe Vera should be something you look for in any skin care moisturizer cream.

Some moisturizers have natural oils, vitamins, lipids, and other ingredients that are designed to smooth and beautify your skin. Great 24 Hour Moisturizer Makes You Look Younger

I dont want to over hype any skin care product, you have already seem hundreds on retail stores and advertisements, but having a 24 hour moisturizer will help you smooth, soften, plump up and the surface of your skin. It should re-hydrate and nourish your skin so it keeps looking softer.

The skin has its own moisturizer which is the production of seat and sebum. The job of sebum is to lubricate your skin and sweat provides a mechanism to defend your skin against bacteria.

One important tip is to massage your moisturizer twice a day to help the circulation and tone of your skin.

As we age our skin loses its natural ability to moisture it self and thats why we need to use moisturizers to prevent the formation of fine lines and wrinkles.

Is recommended to only use a small amount of moisturizer so you dont complicate the skins natural production for moisturiser. If you have dry skin, your skin will need special attention but dont overdo it, is not necessary to use heavy moisturisers.

However moisturizing is just a short term solution for wrinkles and fine lines, this means that it is just one piece of the puzzle, there are different causes of aging that you need to prevent by using a good anti aging cream.

Most anti wrinkle creams in the market are not very effective or do not target the main causes of aging, on the other hand there are also many popular creams that are made of chemicals which drys, irritates and hurts the skin, thus causing more wrinkles.

There are a few companies that produce natural anti aging products that moisturize your skin and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin within your body, that makes you gradually reduce wrinkles and fine lines.

There are creams for different purposes and you might want to use one age defense day cream and other restorative night cream in order to keep your skin protect it and slow aging 24 hours a day.

Paraben Free Facial Moisturizers: Top 5 Ingredients You Need To See In Any Moisturizers

If you’re like most people these days looking for paraben free facial moisturizers or paraben free hand cream, there’s some vital information you need to know. In case you don’t know, parabens are a group of chemical preservatives used in many cosmetic and skin care products. You will see them in just about all the big brand name skin care products. They are used because they are cheap and easy to obtain. Many medical studies have shown a link to cancer, especially breast cancer.

I don’t think there is any debate about not using of products with parabens. If you happen to be using a product containing parabens there is some more bad news. Most products containing parabens also include ingredients just as dangerous. Right now I’m going to give you the top 5 ingredients you want to see in paraben free facial moisturizers or paraben free hand cream.

Top Ingredient #1-Cynergt TK-This is a fairly new ingredient in facial moisturizers or hand creams. The big brand names don’t carry it yet. In clinical test it has shown to facilitate the re growth of elastin and collagen and new skin cells. This means as the levels of elastin and collagen go up your wrinkles will start to disappear, and your skin will have a healthful glow to it.

Top Ingredient #2-Phytessence Wakame- This natural ingredient comes from a very specific kind of sea kelp from Japan. It keeps a bad enzyme (hyalauronize) from breaking down the hylauronic acid in your skin. Hylauronic acid helps your skin to retain needed moisture. As this happens, the hylauronic acid levels goes up to levels found in a person of a much younger age. This has proven to be true in clinical tests.

Top Ingredient #3- Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10- This is a natural form of CoEnzyme Q10 that can go down as far as 7 layers of skin! It is very good at eating up free radicals in your skin. The results it gives on reducing or getting rid of wrinkles can be quite startling.

Top Ingredient #4-Active UMF Manuka Honey- This honey comes from the manuka bush in New Zealand. Manuka honey has more ability to heal the skin than normal honey because of a special antibacterial property it has. There is manuka honey and there is active UMF manuka honey. Go for the UMF version of this honey. You definitely want to see this in any paraben free facial moisturizer or paraben free hand cream.

Top Ingredient #5- Macadamia Oil- This highly beneficial oil carries a large amount of palmitoleic acid, which makes it very good anti oxidant. Palmitoleic acid is an Omega-7 in natural glycerides. In plain speak, this means it is suitable for all skin types, and really beneficial for dried out older skin. It moistens and penetrates deep into the skin fast.

In conclusion, you want to see these top 5 ingredients in any paraben free moisturizer or paraben free hand cream for best results. There are other organic, plant based ingredients that you would like to see also, but these are the stars. To find products with these ingredients you’ll have to buy them from companies selling skin care products in New Zealand. With a little research they can be easily found.

The Most Powerful Anti Aging Night Cream

There are hundreds of skin care creams in the marketplace and big companies know about the desperate need for anti aging products that will give people back their youthful appearance or at least slow the aging process as much as possible.

However there are many important points that people miss and that you will not hear in any advertisement about skin care and anti aging creams, most of the creams currently available in the market are not effective in getting rid of wrinkles or are dangerous for your skin due to the high amount of hazardous chemicals that they include.

One of the best recommendations to get rid of wrinkles, face lines, blemishes, stretch lines and other facial imperfections is to have a daily skin care routine. You should clean, tone and moisturize your skin every day and use a day cream and an anti aging night cream.

The purpose of a night cream with a restorative night formula is to help your skin regain its lost youthful appearance and it should complement an active day cream.

While you sleep your skin is very relax and receptive to the substances that you apply and it helps the natural ingredients to penetrate deeply in the skin, nourish during the night and target the 3 main causes of aging.

The main causes of aging are:

Loss of Collagen and Elastin
Lower levels of hyaluronic acid
And oxidation

You need to find a day cream and anti aging night cream that will target those problems with active organic ingredients that are safe to use in the skin.

Some of the best natural ingredients are:

The Active New Zeland Manuka Honey
Shea Butter
Avocado Extract
Vitamin E
Vitamin K
Coenzyme Q10
and other Special Emollients for night use

Find an anti wrinkle night cream with those ingredients and have a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritive foods and drinking a lot of water which keeps your skin hydrated.

How To Help Your Oily Skin

If you are finding that you are suffering from oily then you can visit your local pharmacy or chemist and you will be inundated with a range of products that are designed to help your skin condition. But what you need to be aware of is the fact that most of the products that are available for oily skin are actually more damaging. But there are many other products that are available to help as well as using your own home based treatments.

The reason why a lot of the products that are available in the stores or chemists are chemical based and they contain cheap filler ingredients such as alcohol, scents and even petroleum. Most of the ingredients are added to make the products smell nice, but the reason that harmful ingredients are added is simply because they are cheap to produce. But they have some short term effect as many of the products have a drying effect on the skin, and they do more harm than good because they not only remove excess oils but also remove any other protective oils that the skin needs.

If your skin becomes too dry then there is the chance that the skin can become cracked and even start to peel away. The glands within the skin will then work even harder in making sure that the skin is kept lubricated and therefore more oils will be released onto the surface of the skin. So you are in a vicious circle where you have oily skin to begin with, you then use products that cause the skin to become dry and as a result the skin produces even more oils and so you have a face that is even oilier than before.

The solution that presents itself is to simply stop using these products and to go on the Internet and to find products that are natural and organic based. Also make sure that the products come with some kind of guarantee, because you do not want to be spending your money only to be disappointed by the results.

If you are selecting the use of organic skin care products then you should make sure that the products have the authentication from a third party and that the entire product is organic not just a few organic ingredients here and there. For a product to be classed as organic at least fifty percent of the ingredients need to be of a natural source, but if you look hard enough you will be able to find products that have a much higher percentage.

Whilst there are a range of products that are available for oily skin you may also want to try making your own products, such as using lemon juice which helps the skin heal and it also helps the skin to reduce the amount of oils that the skin produces. As well as this the lemon juice will also help to fight off any infection and oily skin can be prone to the development of spots and acne on a more frequent basis compared to other skin types.

Which Hair Color Type Suits Your Emo Hairstyles

Coloring hair is very popular on emo boys. Emo guys & boys usually dye their hair black with chunk of bright color or highlight. The ways are varied; from only highlighting the bangs , the back, until coloring the whole hair. The most common emo hairstyle sign is the hair has long bangs covering half face with blonde or red highlight. The increasing number of hair coloring order gives raise to an explosion of many hair polish products. However, we can classify them into four categories:
• Temporary Hair Color
It is usually made from dye stuff that only coats the outer side of hair. It is easy to be rinsed and will fade easily after several bathes. So, it will reduce any possible side effects like allergy and irritation. It comes in many products such as shampoo, gel, mousse, and spray.
• Semi Permanent Hair Color
This hair color cannot fixate into inner side of hair. That's why the color and texture will fade after 4 to 6 weeks. It is usually used to cover gray hairs, increase the shinny, and soften the texture. So, your hair looks healthy and shiny. It can be absorbed by hair and it is safe from allergy and skin irritation.
• Permanent Hair Color
Permanent color can penetrate the epidermis and the pigment in the hair stalk. Most of them use to stages of dyeing that happen simultaneously. The first process is replacing the genuine hair color and the second is fixating new one. So, the new one will be long lasting until it is replaced by the growing hair afterward. However, it has side effect coming from chemical agent that can deteriorate hair and potentially cause cancer in the next following days.
• Natural Hair Color
Most of natural products are made of herbs. They rarely cause allergy on the skin, unless they are combined with some chemical agent. One of the most popular plants for them is Henna (Lawsonia Intermis). Naturally dried Henna can produce brown, orange, and red. If it comes in blonde, brown, mahogany, there is a possibility of chemical agent combination. It has been used since thousands years ago. According to the research in Egypt, Cleopatra also liked to dye her hair using Henna ingredient to beautify herself.
Formerly, people planted and processed henna traditionally. But now it is processed more modern by changing into powder, so it is more practical and efficient. Although henna is a kind of natural color with mild side effect, it should not be used to dye eyelash or eyebrow. It is an external used ingredient and sometimes it can cause little harm to the body such as asthma and allergy. Besides for hair coloring, it can also be used for tattoo and nail coloring, especially in Arabic and South Asia.
For a safer & better result, before you dye your hair with any product, you should take a kind of sample process first. You can apply the product on a certain part such as your ear. This way can be used to find out whether you are allergy of that product or not. Allergy can be felt like burning, itching, reddening, etc.
